Lets Go seeks an enthusiastic volunteer, who can join us 1 or 2 days (up to 8 hours) a week to support the day-to-day running and administration of our office and outward facing social media channels.

Arts Admin:

  • Processing invoices

  • Inputting and monitoring data
  • Preparing paperwork for project activity
  • Contacting suppliers
  •  Researching interesting opportunities and discussions related to the organisation – forwarding to relevant team members

Social media and marketing:

  • Monitoring Hootsuit, Twitter and Facebook accounts
  • Scheduling tweets, blogs and stories
  • Updating blog posts on website
  • Researching press and marketing opportunities for the organisation
  • Support the writing of press releases
